- Juicy Parmesan Chicken

- 1 cup breadcrumbs (seasoned or unseasoned)
- 1 cup grated parm cheese (the canister stuff is the best--fresh parm
- doesn't melt and the taste isn't as strong)
- 2 T salt, 2 T peper
- milk

- clean and prepare chicken (skinless is best). Place chicken in milk to
- wet. In seperate bowl, combine dry ingredients. Take chix pieces and dip
- into crumbs, thoroughly coating. Place in baking dish, careful not to
- overlap pieces.

- Cook at 375' (350' if using glass dish) for 45 minutes to an hour,
- depending on size of peices. Terrrific with anything! Also easy to re-heat
- up in toaster oven.
